If you answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, Máyla® Pharma recommends Frenodiar®, a medical device for the oral treatment of acute and chronic diarrhoea and painful symptoms related to gastrointestinal disorders.
IS THIS PRODUCT RIGHT FOR ME?
- Prepare Frenodiar® by dissolving the contents of one orange-flavoured sachet in a glass of water.
- It is recommended to take Frenodiar® between meals.
- Recommended dose:
• Adults: 1 sachet, 3 times a day.
• Children aged 6 to 18 years: 1 sachet, 2-3 times a day.
• Children aged 2 to 6 years: 1 sachet, 1-2 times a day.
It is recommended to consult a doctor before this product is used in children.
- It should not be used for more than 10 consecutive days. If the symptoms persist, talk to your doctor.

WHAT ARE ITS BENEFITS?
- Diosmectite is a highly absorbent natural clay that is capable of taking up liquids in the lumen intestinal, thereby increasing the consistency of stools and slowing their passage.
- Thanks to its physical properties, it helps form a protective gel on the lining of the stomach and duodenum, providing benefits against the hypersecretion of acids and substances that are harmful to the stomach.

Wash your hands, especially before preparing or eating food and after using the bathroom.

Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water, herbal teas or mild broths.

Follow a light diet while symptoms last.

Cook food thoroughly, especially fish and seafood.

Wash fruit and vegetables properly before eating them.

Talk to your doctor if the diarrhoea persists or gets worse.
WARNINGS
- Not for use in children under 2 years of age.
- Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Do not use in case of gastric or intestinal lesions, chronic constipation, irritation or intestinal obstruction.
- Talk to your doctor before using this product if you are taking medication or have any medical condition.
- When used in children, see a doctor if the diarrhoea lasts for more than 3 days.
