HOW AND WHEN TO APPLY IT
- Apply a gentle massage with circular movements to the desired area 2 to 3 times a day.
- As the gel is absorbed, you will feel a sensation of heat at the application site.
- It should not be used by pregnant or breastfeeding women, or by children.
