HOW AND WHEN TO TAKE IT
- Take 1 daytime capsule (white) in the morning.
- Take 1 night-time capsule (green) half an hour before bedtime.
- Both should be swallowed with plenty of water (150 ml).
- Not recommended for those undergoing treatment with oral anticoagulants or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Do not use in cases of liver dysfunction or disease.
