Sisteurin^® Forte

• Regularly take one capsule a day, always at night just before bed.
• It can be used as a solution to support antibiotics or for mild infections.
• It can be used to prevent against relapses.
• It should not be taken by pregnant or breast-feeding women.
• Store the product in a dark, dry atmosphere, at a temperature between 5 and 25°C.
• Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

• The combination of ingredients in Sisteurin® Forte, with D-Mannose, cranberry extract and nettle extract, contributes to the maintenance and health of the urinary tract.
• Its high concentration of proanthocyanidins type A (PAC-A) from cranberry provides antibacterial properties, preventing the adherence of bacteria to the urinary walls.

1. Drink enough fluids to flush out bacteria that adhere to the urinary tract.
2. Do not go for too long without urinating; go to the toilet every 2 to 3 hours throughout the day. This will prevent bacteria from building up in the bladder.
3. Wear cotton underwear to avoid moisture accumulating in the intimate area. For the same reason, avoid using panty liners or wearing tight clothes.
4. Eat foods that are rich in fibre to prevent constipation and stop bacteria from the faeces colonising the urinary tract.
5. Avoid excessive use of vaginal douching because it alters the natural balance of bacteria on the walls of the vagina.
