• Take one stick a day for 20 days, preferably at night, just before going to bed.
• It can be used together with antibiotics.

1. Water helps cleanse the urinary tract, so make sure you drink enough water every day.
2. Urinate as soon as you feel the need.
3. Wipe from front to back after using the toilet.
4. Showering instead of bathing helps prevent the bacteria from entering the urethra and causing an infection.
5. Practise proper hygiene after having sex.
