HOW AND WHEN TO TAKE IT
- Take 2 tablets per day for at least one month. It is advisable to continue taking it for 2 to 3 months.

- If you are taking anticoagulant, antiplatelet, antihypertensive or antidiabetic medications, talk to your doctor before taking the product.
