- Do you have soft and watery stools?
- Do you have the urgent need to defecate?
- Do you need to replenish mineral salts urgently?
- Do you have traveller’s diarrhoea?
If you have answered ‘yes’ to any of these questions, Máyla® Pharma recommends FRENODIAR® ORS, a double-action treatment based on Diosmectite, which stops diarrhoea in three days without altering intestinal motility, and rehydration salts to prevent dehydration due to losses of fluids and salts during the diarrhoea process.
HOW AND WHEN CAN I TAKE IT?
- Take 3 sticks a day for 3 days.
- Dissolve the contents of the stick in half a glass of water (200 ml) and stir until the product is completely dissolved.
- Take it preferably 30-60 minutes before breakfast, lunch and dinner.
- This product can be administered to children aged 3 years and over.
- Talk to your doctor if the symptoms persist after three days of using Frenodiar® ORS.
- Avoid taking it together with fibre-based medicines and food supplements.
- Do not take this product if you have chronic constipation, intestinal obstruction or diabetes.

WHAT ARE ITS BENEFITS?
- A double-action treatment: with Diosmectite 3g to stop diarrhoea without altering intestinal motility, and oral rehydration salts (ORS) to replenish electrolytes.
- Diosmectite works by absorbing liquids and toxins, thereby increasing the consistency of stools and slowing their expulsion. It also helps form a protective barrier in the intestine.
- Thanks to the rehydration salts, Frenodiar® ORS helps prevent and treat dehydration caused by the loss of fluids and electrolytes that occurs during an episode of diarrhoea.
- Strawberry flavoured.
OUR RECOMMENDATIONS
- Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration.
- Supplement with probiotics and prebiotics to restore the intestinal flora and strengthen the immune system in order to prevent further episodes of diarrhoea.
- Adults should drink water, fruit juice, caffeine-free fizzy drinks and salty broths. As the symptoms subside, you can eat soft, bland foods.
- Children with diarrhoea should be given an oral rehydration solution to replenish lost fluids and electrolytes.
