HOW AND WHEN CAN I TAKE IT?

  • Take 1 stick a day, mixed in water.
  • Take it preferably before a meal with plenty of water.
  • It is recommended to take the product continuously for 3 months, take a break for a month and then continue in this way.
  • Should not be taken with oral anticoagulants or by patients with diabetes or glaucoma.
  • Máyla® Pharma recommends combining this product with BONFLEX® ARTISENIOR GEL FORTE.
  • It should not be taken by pregnant or breast-feeding women, or by children.
  • Store the product in a dark, dry atmosphere, at a temperature between 5 and 25°C.
  • Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS?

  • It achieves its short- to medium-term analgesic effect thanks to the anti-inflammatory effect of curcumin and the analgesic effect of piperine.
  • It contributes to a short- to medium-term improvement in mood, as the combination of curcumin and piperine reduces the sensation of pain and increases endorphins (dopamine and serotonin).
  • The chondroitin has a medium- to long-term regenerative effect on the structure of damaged cartilage.
  • In the medium term, it reduces the amount of analgesics and NSAIDs that these patients take chronically, which can lead to cardiovascular and digestive effects.

OUR RECOMMENDATIONS

  1. Make sure you drink at least 2 litres of water a day.
  2. Follow a balanced diet that is rich in vitamins, minerals and trace elements.
  3. Maintain a healthy weight.
  4. Wear comfortable shoes with a flexible sole.
  5. Do a minimum amount of physical activity every day.
