It can also be used when we come to a standstill in a diet after losing a lot of weight.
HOW AND WHEN TO TAKE IT
- Take one tablet of Artichoke with Bitter Orange in the morning with plenty of water for easier ingestion.
- Do not take if you are hypertensive or are taking antihypertensive drugs.
- Stop using the product in the event of agitation or nervousness.
- As this is an intensive treatment, we recommend using it for two months and then changing to Artichoke with African Mango. If you continue taking Artichoke with Bitter Orange, we recommend taking one month’s break after every two months of treatment.
- It should not be taken by pregnant or breast-feeding women, or by children.
- Store the product in a dark, dry atmosphere, at a temperature between 5 and 25°C.
- Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.

- Eat a diet of five meals a day to avoid snacking.
