The musculoskeletal system (tendons, ligaments and muscles) often suffers from injuries or inflammation, which prevents us from going about our daily activities as normal.

HOW AND WHEN TO TAKE IT
- Take 1 stick a day.
- Pour the contents of the Bonflex® Recovery Collagen stick into the shaker or a glass. Add milk or water to the shaker or glass (approx. 100 ml). Shake the shaker vigorously or mix well with a spoon and it is ready to drink!
- Do not use in case of gastric or duodenal ulcer or gallstones.
- Ask your doctor before using simultaneously with anticoagulants.
- Máyla® Pharma recommends combining this product with BONFLEX® GEL.
- It should not be taken by pregnant or breast-feeding women, or by children.
- Store the product in a dark, dry atmosphere, at a temperature between 5 and 25°C.
- Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
